ROLL CAL~L <br /> <br />Staff Members Present: <br /> <br />Brian Swit:t, Director, Planning Department; Roger Higdon, Assistant <br />Director Public Works; Larissa Seto, Assistant City Attorney; and Deanne <br />Helgesen, Recording Secretary. <br /> <br />Commissioners Present: <br /> <br />Commissioners Harvey Kameny, Kris Kumaran, Trish Maas, Matt <br />Sullivan, and Mary Roberts <br /> <br />Commissioners Absent: None <br /> <br />2_. APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF MAY 26, 1999 <br /> <br />Commissioner Roberts requested that under "Roll Call" that Mary Roberts be listed as present. <br /> <br />Commissioner Roberts requested that Page 3, third paragraph, be amended to read, "suggested that <br />larger than 15-gallon box trees be utilized so the service bays" and "... she spoke in favor of elimination <br />due to shear wall issues cut with the bays being open," and "... customer service area <br />and to encourage customers to sit outside on the patio." <br /> <br />On order of the Chairperson, the minutes of May 26, 1999, were approved as amended. <br /> <br />PLANNiNG COMMISSION MiNUTES Page 1 June 9, 1999 <br /> <br /> <br />
