THE CITY OF <br /> <br />PL£AS&NTON <br /> <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br /> MINUTES <br /> <br />APPROVED <br /> <br />City Council Chambers <br />200 Old Bernal Avenue <br />Pleasanton, California <br /> <br />Wednesday, April 14, 1999 <br /> 7:00 p.m. <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />The Planning Commission meeting of April 14, 1999, was called to order at 7:02 p.m. by Acting <br />Chairperson Cooper. <br /> <br />ROLL CALL <br /> <br />Staff Members Present: <br /> <br />Jerry Iserson, Principal Planner; Roger Higdon, Assistant Director <br />Public Works; Larissa Seto, Assistant City Attorney; and, <br />Deanne Helgesen, Recording Secretary. <br /> <br />Commissioners Present: <br /> <br />Commissioners Geoff Cooper, Harvey Kameny, and Matt Sullivan <br /> <br />Commissioners Absent: <br /> <br />Chairperson Kumaran and Commissioners Trish Maas and Mary <br />Roberts <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF MARCH 23, 1999 <br /> <br />Commissioner Sullivan requested that Page 8, second paragraph from the bottom, be amended to <br />include, "Commissioner Sullivan presented a copy of the Organic Food Act of 1990 and other <br />documentation from the California Farmers for the commissioners and staffs review." <br /> <br />On order of the Acting Chairperson Cooper, the minutes of March 23, 1999, were approved as <br />amended. <br /> <br />MEETING OPEN FOR ANY MEMBER OF THE AUDIENCE TO ADDRESS THE <br />PLANNING COMMISSION ON ANY ITEM WHICH IS NOT ALREADY ON THE <br />AGENDA <br /> <br />There were none. <br /> <br />PLANNING COMMISSION MINUTES Page 1 April 14, 1999 <br /> <br /> <br />
