Mr. Iserson referenced a staff report dated February 24, 1999, and highlighted key areas contained in the <br />report including project description, land use compatibility, compatibility with the existing PUD, <br />off-street parking, neighborhood comments, increased water and sewer, and state law requirements. In <br />conclusion, he noted that staffs recommendation is that the Commission approve Cases UP-99-02 and <br />Z-99-36 subject to the conditions listed in Exhibit "B." <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARING WAS OPENED <br /> <br />Shin Wei, Applicant, expressed concurrence with staff's findings and the conditions contained in the <br />staff report. <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARING WAS CLOSED <br /> <br />Commissioner Cooper expressed support with approving the application. <br /> <br />Commissioner Maas expressed support with approving the application. <br /> <br />Commissioner Roberts commented on the design of the house and noted that a bedroom and bathroom <br />face the neighbors; she stated this should not be a problem.
