ROLL CALL <br /> <br />Staff Members Present: <br /> <br />Jerry Iserson, Principal Planner; Roger Higdon, Assistant Director of <br />Public Works; Larissa Seto, Assistant City Attorney; Kerri Watt, <br />Associate Planner, and, Deanne Helgesen, Recording Secretary <br /> <br />Commissioners Present: <br /> <br />Chairperson Kumaran and Commissioners Geoff Cooper, <br />Harvey Kameny, Trish Maas, Mary Roberts and Matt Sullivan <br /> <br />Commissioners Absent: None <br /> <br />2__. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> <br />Commissioner Roberts requested that Page 5, last paragraph, be amended to read: "She would not be in <br />support of approving the project if it were in the middle of downtown because this project is not <br />immediately adjacent to any other..." <br /> <br />Commissioner Roberts requested that Page 8, be amended to read, "Commissioner Roberts questioned <br />staff about Finding No. 1 which seemed to imply that the applicant was being denied privileges enjoyed <br />by others and noted that the ...". <br /> <br />Chairperson Kumaran requested that Page 11, second to last paragraph, be amended to read: "However, <br />he expressed concern with the traffic issues in the close proximity of the project to the main road in <br />front and Interstate 680 and suggested relocating buildings to minimize appearance of massing in front <br />and freeway proximity." <br /> <br />PLANNING COMMISSION MINUTES Page 1 February 10, 1999 <br /> <br /> <br />
