Mr. Hengehold expressed his preference for the quick completion of project and having Saturday <br />construction. <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARING WAS CLOSED <br /> <br />Discussion ensued relating to time of construction. <br /> <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Maas, seconded by Commissioner Cooper, to adopt a <br />resolution approving Case PUD-81-22-9M, an application for PUD design review approval to <br />construct four, five-story buildings totaling 604,750 square feet, subject to the conditions shown in <br />Exhibit "B," plus staff's memo and modification to Condition #8 as stated by staff, as well as a <br />condition to extend construction hours to 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. <br /> <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br /> <br />AYES: <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br />ABSTAIN: <br /> <br />Commissioners Cooper, Kameny, Maas and Roberts <br />Chairperson Kumaran and Commissioner Sullivan <br />None <br />None <br /> <br />The motion passed on a 3-2 vote. <br /> <br />Resolution No. PC-99-07 was entered and adopted as motioned. <br /> <br />Commissioner Sullivan noted his opposition to motion is due to his desire for a different design concept <br />for project. <br /> <br />Chairperson Kumaran noted his opposition to motion is due to his desire for location of buildings to be <br />further away from Stoneridge Drive. <br /> <br />(Commissioner Kameny leaves his seat at 11:40 p.m.) <br /> <br />7. MATTERS INITIATED BY COMMISSION MEMBERS <br /> <br />Commissioner Sullivan initiated discussion relating to agendizing discussion at a future Planning <br />Commission meeting for a potential Specific Plan along Dublin Canyon Road. <br /> <br />On Commission consensus, it was requested that discussion of the Specific Plan for Dublin Canyon <br />Road be agendized for a March 1999 meeting. <br /> <br />Commissioner Maas suggested additional meetings of the Commission to eliminate the lengthiness of <br />meetings. <br /> <br />PLANNING COMMISSION MINUTES Page 12 January 27, 1999 <br /> <br /> <br />
