Mr. Hengehold expressed his preference for the quick completion of project and having Saturday construction. PUBLIC HEARING WAS CLOSED Discussion ensued relating to time of construction. A motion was made by Commissioner Maas, seconded by Commissioner Cooper, to adopt a resolution approving Case PUD-81-22-9M, an application for PUD design review approval to construct four, five-story buildings totaling 604,750 square feet, subject to the conditions shown in Exhibit "B," plus staff's memo and modification to Condition #8 as stated by staff, as well as a condition to extend construction hours to 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Resolution No. PC-99-07 was entered and adopted as motioned. Commissioner Sullivan noted his opposition to motion is due to his desire for a different design concept for project. Chairperson Kumaran noted his opposition to motion is due to his desire for location of buildings to be further away from Stoneridge Drive. (Commissioner Kameny leaves his seat at 11:40 p.m.) 7. MATTERS INITIATED BY COMMISSION MEMBERS Commissioner Sullivan initiated discussion relating to agendizing discussion at a future Planning Commission meeting for a potential Specific Plan along Dublin Canyon Road. On Commission consensus, it was requested that discussion of the Specific Plan for Dublin Canyon Road be agendized for a March 1999 meeting.
