APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> <br />Commissioner Cooper requested that the discussion regarding "Colors" on Page 7, West Foothill <br />Overlay District, include, "Commissioner Cooper noted he dissented from vote and he would like to see <br />a wider range of acceptable colors, less restrictions, if possible, within a reasonable relaxation of <br />restrictions." <br /> <br />Chairperson Kumaran requested that Page 6, Bullet No. 1, be amended to read, "after discussing these <br />regulations and issues, the consensus of the Commission was as follows: ... the west tier lots adjoining <br />Foothill Road." <br /> <br />Chairperson Kumaran requested that Page 7, second line, be amended to read," ... landscaping, leave as <br />is, except the use of mature, planter box trees is encouraged." <br /> <br />PLANNING COMMISSION MINUTES Page 1 January 27, 1999 <br /> <br /> <br />
