Commissioner Roberts commented on the property advertised in the Pleasanton Weekly which is <br />described as a 12-acre parcel, zoned for one home per acre, located offof Foothill Road, next to <br />Golden Eagle Estates. Mr. Swift advised that there is an application which has been filed with <br />Alameda County for a property located near the Alviso Adobe for the subdivision of five-acre <br />parcels. He also advised that there is a property on the south side of Longview Drive that can <br />probably be developed with just one home. <br /> <br />In response to an inquiry from Commissioner Arkln, Mr. Gmbstick advised that the Traffic <br />Committee meets on the first Thursday of each month, and the item regarding the traffic <br />concerns at Newton Way/Dennis Drive is scheduled for the December 7 meeting. He stated that <br />Commissioner Arkin would receive a notice regarding the meeting. <br /> <br />Chairperson Sullivan provided information regarding the Friends of the Arroyos group that is <br />t~ing to reintroduce native steelhead trout into the Arroyos. <br /> <br />8.
