Chairp~son Sullivan made a motion to support items two and three in staff's recommendations, <br />with the grading to be approached from a variance standpoint. <br /> <br />Commbsioner Roberts offered the following modification to Chairperson Sullivan's <br />motion: The Phnning Commission determines that given the steepness of the lot, a split- <br />pad design shall be required in order to meet the PUD requirements; the future home for <br />this lot shall be located toward the front of the lot; and the applicant shall apply for a <br />variance to the '/,SOO-square-foot grading limit. Delco Builders _ <br />Application for PUD Development Plan appFoval to allow the construction of 38 <br />tingle-bally detached homes, construction of a public sewer "lift" station, the <br />realignment of Vineyard Avenue to a location adjoining the Arroyo Del Valle, <br />~stablishment of one vineyard/estate site, designation of a portion of the existing <br />Vineyard Avenue alignment as a public traft, and construction of miscellaneous <br />public infrastructure including streets, utilities, etc., on property covered by the <br />Vineyard Avenue Corridor Specific Plan and Environmental Impact Report. The <br />overall project site is comprised of two properties located at 2S03 Vineyard Avenue <br />and 2287 Vineyard Avenue. Zoning for the subject properties is PUD (Planned Unit <br />Development) - LDR (Low Density Residential) for the site located at 2503 Vineyard <br />Avenue and PUD (Planned Unit Development) - Vineyard/OS/MDR <br />(Vineyard/Open Space/Medium Density Residential) for the site located at 2287 <br />Vineyard Avenue. <br /> <br />Continued to September 27, 2000. <br /> <br />7. MATTERS INITIATED BY COMMISSION MEMBERS <br /> <br />Update on the San Francisco Bernal Property Project Approval. <br /> <br />Mr. Swift advised that the final Specific Plan and Conditions of Approval for the San Francisco <br />Bernal property were included in the materials distributed to the Commission this evening.
