Chairp~son Sullivan made a motion to support items two and three in staff's recommendations, <br />with the grading to be approached from a variance standpoint. <br /> <br />Commbsioner Roberts offered the following modification to Chairperson Sullivan's <br />motion: The Phnning Commission determines that given the steepness of the lot, a split- <br />pad design shall be required in order to meet the PUD requirements; the future home for <br />this lot shall be located toward the front of the lot; and the applicant shall apply for a <br />variance to the '/,SOO-square-foot grading limit.
