Commissioner Sullivan reported that Alameda Creek Alliance wants to reintroduce st~elhead up <br />the Arroyo de la Laguna and the Arroyo Mocho. He advised that he has been trying to reach <br />smffat ~he Alameda Creek Alliance to voice his support for this proposal. Commissioner <br />Sullivan advised that he will keep the Commission informed on this issue. <br /> <br />8, MATTERS FOR COMMISSION'S REVIEW/ACTION <br /> <br />a. ['uture Plaunin~ Calendar <br /> <br />It was noted that Commissioners Maas and Sullivan would not be at the September 27 <br />meeting. Mr. Pavan confirmed that Delco's Vineyard Avenue project is scheduled for <br />that me,~ting. <br /> <br />Actions of the CiW Council <br />No action was taken. <br /> <br />c. Actions of the Zonina Adm'mis~tor <br /> <br />In response to an inquiry from Commissioner Roberts as to the difference between a "tear <br />down" and a "remodel," Mr. Swift advised that the City does not have those kinds of <br />rules. He further stated that the City's policy relates to the value of the building and is <br />included in the non-conforming use section of the Code. <br /> <br />Commissioner Maas reminded staff that they would like to have a report on the additions <br />to homes in the Downtown area. Mr. Swift commented that the Downtown Committee is <br />· ddressing this issue with respect to design.
