Commissioner Sullivan asked that specifics regarding these areas be identified when the <br />applicant meets with the Alameda County Waste Management Authority. <br /> <br />Dana Askay of Randall Planning and Design, presented the exhibits depicting the landscape plan <br />and provided a sample of the boulder materials that will be utilized. She noted that the boulders <br />will be import~t from Utah and that there will be a total of twelve boulders, with the center <br />boulder being approximately four feet tall. She ~ported that when she attended the Housing <br />Commission meeting last week the Housing Commission expressed disappoinmaent that the <br />Planning Commission voted to defer the review of the inclusionary zoning ordinance to some <br />later date for discussion.
