She further
noted that the September 6 date is another "First Wednesday" event, and that this would be the
third time that they would be scheduling a meeting on a "First Wednesday."

Commissioner Kameny suggested scheduling a meeting to begin at 6:00 p.m., prior to the
Planning Commission's regularly scheduled meeting. Chairperson Roberts voiced support for
this suggestion, noting that she would also support having a meeting before the Housing
Commission's regularly scheduled meeting. Commissioner Sullivan noted that the Housing
Commission does not meet again for almost a month.

The conseiasus of the Commission was that they would meet with the Housing Commission
either before the Planning Commission meeting on September 13 or before the Housing
Commission meeting on September 21.

Commissioner Kameny stated that he would like staffto analyze Mr. McDonalds's letter and
l~resent the pro's and con's at the workshop.

Commissioner Arkin advised that he felt Mr. MacDonald presented a very good case, and that
Commissioner Malmrose presented some good questions regarding calculations.

Comm~sioner Sullivan requested that a copy of the Planning Commission minutes on this topic
be redi~ributed.
