He noted that the Commission has received information regarding <br />Alameda County Waste Management Authority's efforts in developing Green Building <br />guidelines for new homes. He noted that the Waste Management is working on a consensus <br />effort with a number of local builders to develop guidelines for green building. He stated that a <br />synopsis of the meeting has been presented to the Commission. <br /> <br />Patrick Castanzo, Senior Vice President of Greenbriar Homes, provided the Commission with a <br />memorandum outlining the Green Building practices Greenbriar is willing to incorporate into the <br />residential portion of the project.
