Commissioner Arkin requested that Page 2, ninth paragraph, be clarified to read, "Chairperson Roberts determined that there were members of the public present who desired to provide a statement relating to Item No. 6.c and 6.d." Commissioner Arkin noted that Page 12 has text that is repeated from Page 10. Ms. Seto noted that a message was received from Commissioner Maas requesting that the July 12, 2000 minutes be held to the August 9, 2000 meeting for approval. On Commission consensus, the July 12, 2000 minutes were held for approval to the August 9, 2000 meeting. MEETING OPEN FOR ANY MEMBER OF THE AUDIENCE TO ADDRESS THE PLANNING COMMISSION ON ANY ITEM WHICH IS NOT ~LI~EADy ON THE AGENDA Dolores Bengtson, 568 Hamilton Way, expressed concern with Item No.7.d., Discussion of Oreen Building Practices as they pertain to Oreenbriar Homes' proposal for the San Francisco Bemal Avenue Property, being on the agenda. She noted there was no addendum posted to the agenda and no notice given to the general public of this issue being on the agenda. She further noted that the public did not receive the opportunity to review any reports or documentation. Vice Chairperson Sullivan noted that the Commission will not be taking any action on Item No. 7.d., due to this being an information item. Mr. Plucker advised that based on new information being received from Oreenbfiar, that the inclusion of additional workshop topics is appropriate for discussion. He noted there would need to be a unanimous vote from the Commission to allow discussion to take place. Roger Horstman, 2508 Tapestry Way, commented on an e-mail he received concerning tonight's meeting and expressed concern with the process for the meeting. He requested that the staff provide a copy of the diagrams and reports relating to Oreenbriar. 4. REVISIONS AND OMISSIONS TO THE AGENDA Mr. Plucker requested that the Commission consider placing an item on the agenda that would allow additional discussion of the C~reenbriar information. He noted the plans were dis~buted to the Commission by the developer late in the week. Further, that based on direction from the City Council, Greenbriar is providing the Commission information in a workshop-type session. Discussion ensued relating to the issues that Oreenbriar will be presenting. Commissioner Kamany noted he would be in support of hearing additional information from Oreenbriar on how the project is progressing. He advised that he would be in favor of Commissioner Maas and Chairperson Roberts having the ability to hear the presentation when they return. Mr. Plucker noted there has been a request for a special meeting on August 2, 2000 in the City Council chambers regarding the San Francisco Bemal property.
