I~EVISIONS AND OMISSIONS TO THE AGENDA <br /> <br />Commissioner Arkin requested that the Commission consider continuing Item No. 6.e. due to the <br />number of items on the agenda and inadequate time for the Commissioners to review the <br />materials. Further, he requested that visuals of the project be provided, including visuals of the <br />gnding. Chairperson Roberts noted that Commissioner Arkin's request to continue Item 6.e. <br />will be addressed later in the meeting. <br /> <br />5. Zoning for the <br />property is PUD-I/C-O (Planned Unit Development - Industrial/Commercial-Office) <br />District. <br /> <br />Commissioner Sullivan noted he would be abstaining from Item No. 6.a. due to his involvement <br />on the West Las Positns Community Advisory Committee. The Chairperson determined there is <br />still a quorum present. <br /> <br />Iris. Plucker referenced a report dated June 14, 2000 and highlighted key areas contained in the <br />report including background information, project description, building design, traffic issues, trip <br />reduction measures, site design, parking, landscaping, proposed grading, signage, urban <br />stormwater runoffprovisions, site lighting, and public comment. In conclusion, Mr. Plucker <br />noted that staff's recommendation is that the Commission approve case PUD-80-6-18D by <br />adopting the draft resolution subject to Exhibit "B," the draft conditions of approval. <br /> <br />Discussion ensued relating to retaining the West Los Positas Interchange, whether Leadership in <br />Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) scoring can be incorporated into the design of the <br />building, ways in which to advise tenants of the location of the Electrical Vehicle charging <br />stations, background information relating to preliminary approval of project, whether LEED <br />scoring can be applied to this building and having staff identify a LEED score, timeline for the <br />completion of Interstate 580/680 interchange, whether there is a sidewalk on Franklin Drive, <br /> <br />PLANNING COMMISSION MINUTES June 14, 2000 Page 2 <br /> <br /> <br />
