MATTERS INITIATED BY COMMISSION MEMBERS <br /> <br />Commissioner Kameny requested that he receive large plans for projects. <br /> <br />Commissioner Sullivan initiated discussion relating to including the U.S. Green Building <br />practices as part of the conditions of approval for projects. Commissioner Sullivan requested <br />that this item be agendized for discussion by the Commission at a future meeting. <br /> <br />Commissioner Sullivan expressed his desire for Commission to agendize discussion at a future <br />meeting relating to environmental impacts, geotechnical impacts, and view impacts of <br />development on Foothill Road and south of Dublin Canyon Road and whether a General Plan <br />amendment should be initiated to reduce or limit additional development on the ridge. There was <br />no support from the Commission at the present time for agendizing this item. <br /> <br />Commissioner Kameny expressed appreciation to staff for the report on traffic at the intersection <br />of Spring and Main Streets. <br /> <br />Commission Maas suggested agendizing at a future meeting discussion relating to the tear-down <br />of homes. <br /> <br />Commissioner Kameny noted that he would be abstaining on PUD-98-1-1M/Tract Map 7030, <br />Equus Heights. <br /> <br />Commissioner Kameny inquired as to whether the synagogue relocating from Livermore to <br />Pleasanton has made inquiries to the Planning Deparhaent for a looation for the synagogue. <br /> <br />Commissioner Sullivan inquired as to the status of the senior project on Stoneridge Drive and <br />Foothill Road. <br /> <br />8.
