Mr. Plucker noted that he would examine issues relating to the impacts to staff in conducting <br />certified mail/rem receipt mailings. Further, he stated he would provide the Commission's <br />suggestion to City staffto gain input from the various City departments on the feasibility in <br />implementing the Commissioner's suggestions. <br /> <br />Commissioner Sullivan suggested that upcoming hearings be advertised on Channel 30. <br /> <br />Mr. Plucker noted that staff is pursuing ways to provide staff reports on a web site to allow <br />residents to download information onto home computers. <br /> <br />In response to an inquiry by Commissioner Arkin, Mr. Plucker noted that the tax credits were not <br />received for the Senior Center at Foothill Road and West Los Positas and that the developer can <br />re. apply for tax credits in June 2000. Commissioner Arkin noted his desire to discuss the visual <br />aspects of the Senior Center project from Foothill Road. Commissioner Sullivan stated he would <br />be in favor of reopening the PUD for the Senior Center project, or at the minimum, conducting <br />the public process. Mr. Plucker stated that he would provide the Commission with an update on <br />the Senior Center project at the May 24, 2000 Commission meeting. <br /> <br />Chairperson Roberts advised the Commission of a large building being built on Stanley <br />Boulevard at the quarry. Mr. Plucker stated that he will provide the Commission with <br />information on this building. <br /> <br />Commissioner Sullivan stated that a workshop or presentation was conducted by the traffic <br />department, planning department, and U.C. Berkeley on a transportation analysis utilizing the <br />City of Pleasanton as a case study and requested that information be provided to the Commission <br />of the presentation. <br /> <br />8.
