LLC <br />Application for (1) a vesting tentative tract map to subdivide one parcel totaling <br />approximately 7 acres into 12 pamels for a single-family home development located at <br />4456 Foothill Road; and (2) design review of the 12 proposed single-family homes. <br />Zoning of the property is PUD-RDR/LDR (Planned Unite Development-Rural Density <br />Residential/Low Density Residential). <br /> <br />Mr. Plucker referenced a report dated May 10, 2000 end highlighted key areas contained in the <br />report including background information; tentative and final maps; project description; proposed <br />and revised house plans; building envelopes; setbacks from Foothill Road; fencing and retaining <br />walls; Valley Oak and Coast Live Oak trees; Foothill Road improvements; Northern <br />Landscaping Strip; landscaping on Lots 3, 4 and 6; street lighting; driveway to Lemoine <br />residence; street sections and locations; whlpsnake barrier; hammerhead and gate by EVA; and <br />geologic hazard abatement district. <br /> <br />Mr. Plucker noted that due to additional public comments that were received, clarifications of the <br />conditions have been made that the six-inch curb on the northern private street providing access <br />to the East Bay Regional Park District will be flush; that the Fire Department has agreed to allow <br />stenciling indicating "No Parking" on thc private street as opposed to "No Parking" signs being <br />installed; that maintenance agreements will be necessary for people with shared access to roads; <br />and that a Knox box be installed over gates for the fire department's EVA access. <br /> <br />PLANNING COMMISSION MINUTES May 10, 2000 Page 2 <br /> <br /> <br />
