Zoning for the <br />property is C-S (Service Commercial) District. <br /> <br />Mr. Plucker referenced a staff report dated April 26, 2000, and highlighted key areas contained <br />in the report including background information, existing sign program, project description, and <br />proposent signage. In conclusion, he noted that staff's recommendation is that the signage for the <br />store be consistent with the signage for the other businesses in the center, and that the applicants <br />utilize other forms of advertising to attract customers to its new location.
