PUBLIC HEARING WAS CLOSED <br /> <br />Commissioner Sullivan noted he is in'support of approving the application. Zoning for the property is Central <br />Commercial (C-C), Downtown Revitalization District, and Core Area Overlay District. <br /> <br />Mr. Plucker referenced a staffreport dated April 12, 2000 and highlighted key areas contained in <br />the report including background information, site description, project description, parking, <br />mffi~ic, and noise. In conclusion, he noted that staff's recommendation is that the Commission <br />make the conditional use permit findings and approve Case PCUP-4 subject to the conditions <br />listed in Exhibit "B." <br /> <br />Discussion ensued relating to the martial arts studio within the same shopping center. <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARING WAS OPENED. <br /> <br />Kristi Reed, 164 Ray Street, Suite D, noted that her business has retained an additional therapist <br />for the last two years, and therefore two parking spaces were needed up until January of 2000. <br /> <br />She noted there has been no noise or complaints because of the conditional use permit. She <br />stated that she is in favor of commuting with her associate to work to reduce parking issues and <br />that she suggested the condition to staff.
