Mark Reschar <br />Application for a conditional use permit to operate a land surveying supply company with <br />primarily warehouse use where warehousing is a eunditionally permitted use located at <br />2142 Rheem Drive, Suite B. Zoning for the property is PUD-I (Planned Unit <br />Development - Industrial). <br /> <br />Mr. Plucker referenced the staff report dated April 12, 2000 and highlighted key areas contained <br />in the stuff report including background information, project description, land use, and parking. <br />In conclusion, he noted that staffrecommends approval of Case PCUP-07, subject to the <br />conditions listed in Exhibit "B." <br /> <br />Commissioner Arkin noted he would be in favor of these types of hearings being conducted <br />administratively. <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARING WAS OPENED <br /> <br />Mark Reschar, 2142-B Rheem Drive, noted he is present to answer any questions the <br />Commission may have. <br /> <br />The Chairperson declared there was no member of the public present to address the Commission. <br /> <br />PLANNING COMMISSION MINUTES April 12, 2000 Page 6 <br /> <br /> <br />
