Right Learnin~ Center Application for a conditional use permit to operate an afar-school tutoring service for up to six students at any one time between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday, within an existing tenant space of approximately 2,060 square feet located at 4125 Mohr Avenue. Zoning for the property is O (Office). Mr. Pluoker referenced a staff report dated March 8, 2000 and highlighted key areas contained in the report including background information, project description, building code requirements, parking, noise, and public notice. In conclusion, Mr. Plucker noted that staff's recommendation is that the Commission approve Case PCUP-03 by making the Conditional Use Permit findings as listed in the staffreport, and approve Case PCUP-03 subject to the conditions listed in Exhibit PUBLIC HEARING WAS OPENED Yvonne McArdle, 1151 Mataro Court, noted she is present to answer any questions the Commission may have.
