In response to an inquiry by Commissioner Maas, Mr. Plucker noted that construction hours are <br />regulated by the PUD that was ultimately approved by the City Council which allowed <br />construction on Saturdays as long as the Greenbriar development is under construction. <br /> <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Maas, seconded by Chairperson Roberts, to approve <br />Case PDR-12, subject to the conditions listed in Exhibit "B.I' as modified by staff's <br />presentation, including the pre-planting of trees to reduce visual impacts as proposed by <br />the app#eant and the replacement of the 36-inch box trees with 24-inch box trees. <br /> <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br /> <br />AYES: <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br />ABSTAIN: <br /> <br />Commissioners Arkin, Moas, and Chairperson Roberts <br />Chairperson Sullivan <br />Commissioner Kameny <br />None <br /> <br />The motion passed on a three-to-one vote. <br /> <br />Resolution No. PC-2000-14 was entered and adopted as motioned. <br /> <br />Chairperson Roberts spoke in support of approving the second unit.
