<br />Discussion ensued relating to whether a fme can be imposed if construction regulations were not <br />r' met. <br /> <br />Commissioner Maas noted she will delete reference to adherence wording; however, she would <br />add that the Commission urged the applicant to complete this project in a timely manner. Trident Assoeiates (Castlewood Estates). and Blaek <br />Meuntllin Develooment (Carnal!e Gardens) <br /> <br />Mr. Swift referenced a memorandum dated January 20, 2000 and provided a brief overview of <br />the process for the Commission. <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARING WAS OPENED. <br /> <br />Michael Harlan, Greenbriar Development, 790 I Stoneridge Drive, requested that Greenbriar's <br />reallocation be approved. He noted that Greenbriar has 49 units from 1998 that Greenbriar was <br />unable to utilize. He noted that the project is proceeding very well and the 49 units will be <br />utilized next year. Further, he noted that in the first-come, frrst-served category projects have <br />been omitted and therefore the report may be incomplete. He noted that there was no growth <br />allocation for Lund Ranch, which has a mid-point density of 86 units and which was designated <br />as a funding developer sharing in the infrastructure costs for the North Sycamore Specific Plan. <br />He requested that Lund Ranch units be added in. <br /> <br />r <br /> <br />Darrell Bolognes, Braddock and Logan, 4155 Blackhawk Plaza Circle, noted that this developer <br />has recently purchased the Castlewood Estates project and that the project is moving forward. <br />He noted the project was originally given allocations in 1997-1998. He commented on the <br />progress of the project and requested that 29 allocations be approved for this project.
