ROLL CALL <br /> <br />0- <br /> <br />Staff Members Present: <br /> <br />Brian Swift, Director; Planning Department; Greg Plucker, <br />Senior Planner, Planning Department; Larissa Seto, <br />Assistant City Attorney; Phil Grubstick, Assistant Director <br />of Public Works; and, Deanne Helgesen, Recording <br />Secretary . <br /> <br />Commissioners Present: <br /> <br />Commissioners Brian Arkin, Harvey Kameny, Trish Maas, <br />Matt Sullivan, and Mary Roberts <br /> <br />Commissioners Absent: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES - January 12,2000 <br /> <br />Chairperson Roberts requested that the last paragraph on page 4 be amended to read, "even on <br />R-I-6,500 lots with approval of the Planning Commission and that the terrain of R-1-20, 000 and <br />R-1-40,000 square foot lots be considered the controllingfactor rather than specific setbacks. <br />She further requested that on page 5, the phrase "Further, that rear yard setbacks be dependent on <br />terrain" be deleted. <br /> <br />Commissioner Kameny requested that on page 5, third paragraph from bottom, third sentence, <br />the word "amendment" be deleted from the sentence. <br /> <br />f' <br /> <br />PLANNING COMMISSION MINUTES <br /> <br />January 26, 2000 <br /> <br />Page I <br />
