He noted he would be in favor of a notification process being instituted for building second <br />units. Commissioner Kameny offered an amendment to the motion that the Commission review <br />applications for second units to address neighbors' concerns. Commissioner Sullivan offered a <br />substitute motion that the Commission review R-6500, R.7500 and R.8500 applications.
