Commissioner Kameny seconded <br />the motion and noted this motion addresses his concern and that second units be allowed on irregular <br />shaped lots in a small zoned district. <br /> <br />Commissioner Sullivan noted his concurrence with Ms. Steiner's statements and providing affordable <br />housing. He noted he would be in favor of a notification process being instituted for building second <br />units. Commissioner Kameny offered an amendment to the motion that the Commission review <br />applications for second units to address neighbors' concerns. Commissioner Sullivan offered a <br />substitute motion that the Commission review R-6500, R.7500 and R.8500 applications. Paul F".II"oo <br />Application for an amendment to the Vineyard Avenue Corridor Specific Plan to : I) allocate <br />OD new primary home site to the 5.S-acre parcel owned by Paul Fagliano at 1364 Vineyard <br />Avenue; 2) aIIoeate on new home site to the 7.I-acre adjacent pareel owned by Leonard <br />Thibault; and 3) reduce the allocation of new primary home site at 2200 Vineyard Avenue <br />O'fI'Iled by Frank Berlogar from 14 to 13. Zoning for the property is Planned Unit <br />Development - Semi Rural Residential District. The planning Commission will also consider a <br />Planned Unit Development zoning modification for the above sites to accomplish the same <br />purpose as the Specific Plan amendment The Planning Commission will also consider the <br />negative declaration prepared for the project. <br /> <br />Chairperson Roberts noted she would be abstaining from the discussion due to her residence being in the <br />Specific Plan zone area.
