Ensure that concrete/gunite supply trucks or concrete/plaster operations do not discharge wash water into street, gutters, or storm drains. 85. The Manning and Jensen parcels shall be a minimum of 1 acre in size. 86. The project shall not be phased and all construction shall be completed in one phase. 87. The developer shall give notice to any prospective owner of the existing earth quake fault, the potential of development occurring in the Happy Valley area, the projected number of trips using the Bypass Road, and the potential safety issues regarding living adjacent to a golf course. The exact language of the notice shall be approved by the City Attorney. 88. The applicant shall comply with all regulations proposed by other State, Federal and local jurisdictions. 89. There shall be a minimum fifty (50) foot setback for habitable structures from the earth quake fault. Non habitable structures, subject to approval of the Chief Building Official, may be built within the earth quake fault zone provided that all other applicable setbacks are met. 90. All utilities crossing the earth quake fault shall have flex joints, be encased, and have automatic shut-offvalves on either side of the fault to the satisfaction of the City Engineer. 91. The applicant shall install a water main from the water ptm~p station proposed by Greenbriar Homes near the intersection of Sycamore Road and Alisal Street to the development's water reservoir. 92. The applicant shall pay a pro-rata share of the cost of the water pump station proposed by Greenbriar Homes. 93. The applicant shall construct a 690,000+ gallon reservoir at a elevation corresponding to the "Bonde" Zone. 94. The applicant shall install a dedicated water main from the Sycamore Road transmission line to the Golf Course irrigation pond
