Resolution No. PC-99-21 <br />Page 2 <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />Section 1. Finds that the proposed Pleasanton Unified School District's acquisition of an <br /> approximately 11-acre site generally located on the west side of Case Avenue, south <br /> of the existing Pleasanton Middle School, for the purpose of constructing a new <br /> elementary school is in conformance with the Pleasanton General Plan. <br /> <br />Section 2.
