Resolution No. PC-99-20 <br />Page 4 <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />Section 1. <br /> <br />Recommends approval of Case PUD-98-22, the application of George Marment <br />for (1) a rezoning of an approximately 3,764 square-foot portion of an <br />approximately 11,915 square-foot parcel from the PUD-HDR (Planned Unit <br />Development-High Density Residential) District to the PUD-O (Planned Unit <br />Development-Office) District; (2) rezoning of the remaining 8,151 square feet of <br />the same parcel from the O (Office) District to the PUD-O (Planned Unit <br />Development-Office) District; and (3) a PUD development plan approval to <br />construct a two-story, approximately 4,240 square-foot office building located at <br />201 Old Bemal Avenue, subject to the conditions shown in Exhibit "B," attached <br />hereto and made part of this case by reference. <br /> <br />Section 2.
