Resolution No. PC-99-14 <br />Page 5 <br /> tailoring of the development standards to the unique situations presented by <br /> hillside terrain, the desire to preserve and protect natural open space, and the <br /> desire to limit the amount and type of grading which can occur with individual <br /> homesites. The development standards and guidelines as proposed and <br /> conditioned can accomplish such goals. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the Planning Commission finds that the proposed rezoning and development plan <br />are in conformance with the policies and programs of the General Plan and the <br />PUD ordinance. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWiNG: <br /> <br />Section 1. <br /> <br />Recommends approval of Case PUD-98-08, the application of Passport Homes for <br />Planned Unit Development rezoning to PUD-RDR/PHS (Planned Unit <br />Development - Rural Density Residential/Public Health and Safety) and <br />development plan approval of an approximately 64-acre site into six new <br />single-family residential lots and one open space lot to be dedicated to the East <br />Bay Regional Park District located at 11115 Dublin Canyon Road, subject to the <br />conditions shown in Exhibit "B," attached hereto and made part of this case by <br />reference. <br /> <br />Section 2.
