Resolution No. PC-99-07 <br />Page 3 <br /> <br /> EXHIBIT "B" <br /> Conditions of Approval <br />Case PUD-81-22-9M <br />Pleasanton Hines Land, LLC <br /> <br />PLANNING <br /> <br />Development shall be substantially as shown on the development plans and <br />colorboard, Exhibit "A", dated "Received January 13, 1999" on file with the <br />Planning Department, except as modified by the following conditions. Minor <br />changes to the plans may be allowed subject to the approval of the Planning <br />Director if found to be in substantial conformance to the approved exhibits. <br /> <br />The applicants shall obtain all building and other applicable City permits for the <br />project prior to the commencement of construction. <br /> <br />The developer shall pay any and all fees to which the property may be subject <br />prior to issuance of building permits. The type and amount of the fees shall be <br />those in effect at the time the building permit is issued. <br /> <br />All conditions of Cases PUD-81-22 through PUD-81-22-8M, as amended, shall <br />remain in full force and effect, except as may be superseded or modified by this <br />approval. <br /> <br />The uses for the complex shall be those as listed for "offices" in the PUD master <br />plan. <br /> <br />The applicants shall implement the traffic mitigation measures as specified in the <br />"Restated and Amended Reimbursement Agreement for Stoneridge Corporate <br />Plaza II" entered into January 6, 1998. <br /> <br />The complex shall develop transportation systems management programs such that <br />the complex will generate no more than 1.33 A.M. and P.M. peak hour trips per <br />1,000 square feet of gross floor area. In addition, the complex owner shall <br />participate in and implement any City- or TSM Task Force-led program to stagger <br />evening work end times in order to maintain LOS D conditions at all "affected <br />intersections", per PUD-81-22, as amended. <br /> <br /> <br />
