C. Detached second units in a one-family residential zoning district shall be <br /> subject to the following minimum setback requirements: <br /> <br />Zoning Side yard Rear Yard <br />District Setback Setback <br /> <br />R-1-40,000 20 Feet 30 Feet <br />R- 1-20,000 10 Feet 25 Feet <br />R- 1-10,000 10 Feet 20 Feet <br /> <br />Except as modified by this Chapter, all other regulations embodied in the <br />zoning of the property for Class I accessory structures shall apply to the <br />development of detached second units in one-family residential districts. <br /> <br />18.106.050 Detached second units in multi-family residential districts--Height <br /> limitations, setbacks, open space, and other regulations. <br /> <br />Detached second units in a multi-family residential district shall not exceed <br />fifteen feet (15') in height, shall be limited to one story structures, and shall <br />meet the following minimum setback requirements: <br /> <br />1. Side yard setback shall be ten feet (10') on the street side of a comer lot <br /> and five feet (5') on all other side yards; <br /> <br />2.
