Section 1.9 "Planned Residential Project". "Planned Residential Proiects". "Planned Residential Project" and "Planned Resident Projects" shall mean all projects consisting of Planned Residential Units within the area or areas set forth in Exhibit "A". Section 1.10 "Residential School Fees;'. "Residential School Fees" shall mean the fee for the School Facilities to be paid by the Cooperative Fee Developers. Section 1.11 "Residential Unit". "Residemial Unit" shall mean a residential dwelling, as that term is used and imerpreted in Chapter 4.7 (School Facilities) of the State Government Code. [Note: This definition would include Mobilehomes]. Section 1.12 "SAB". "SAB" shall mean the California State Allocation Board whose responsibility, it is to grant some or all of the State Funding for the construction. acquisition and reconstruction of school sites and facilities. Section 1.13 "School Facilities". The "School Facilities" encompassed bv this Amended Cooperative Fee Agreement as of the Effective Date are listed in column one of' Exhibit "B" attached to this Amended Cooperative Fee A~eement and incorporated herein by this reference. The School Facilities shall comply with. meet or be designed and constructed and/or reconstructed in accordance with then applicable standards established by the State Law, and shall include all costs associated with such acquisition, design, construction and/or reconstruction, including administrative expenses and legal costs. Section 1.14 "School Fee Legislation". "School Fee Legislation" shall mean sections 65995 through 65996, inclusive, of the Government Code of the State of California and section 17620 of the Education Code of the State of California (including any amendments thereto), and any related or successor statutes thereto. Section 1.15 "Sinale-Familv Residential Unit". "Single-Family Residential Unit" shall mean a Residential Unit which could be sold or transferred as a separate lot or parcel without further approval of the City.. Section 1.16 "State Funds". "State Funds" shall mean the total funds allocated and paid to District by the State specifically intended for the acquisition, construction, furnishing and/or equipping of School Facilities. Section 1.17 "State Law". "State Law" shall mean the .applicable laws and/or administrative regulations of the State of California and 5ts agencies. Section 1.18 "State Mandated Fee". "State Mandated Fee" shall mean the statutofily mandated fee for School Facilities pursuant to Government Code sections 65995 through 65995.5, inclusive, and Education Code section 17620. June 1. 2001
