During demolition and construction, the project <br />developer shall mark all trash disposal bins "trash materials only" and all recycling bins <br />"recycling materials only". The project developer shall contact Pleasanton Garbage <br />Service for all waste disposal. Only that portion of trash and recycling waste refused by <br />Pleasanton Garbage Service shall be disposed of or diverted by another trash/recycling <br />company. <br /> <br />In the event that the applicant proposes to modify the hours or other aspects of the drive- <br />through restaurant business operation, the modification shall be subject to the review of <br />the Planning Director. The Planning Director may approve the modification or refer the <br />matter to the Planning Commission if judged to be substantial. <br /> <br />The applicant shall maintain the area surrounding the restaurant in a clean and orderly <br />manner at all times. The applicant (or designated representative of the business) shall be <br />responsible for retrieving stray litter generated by the drive-through restaurant use. <br /> <br />All restaurant facilities shall be equipped at all times with filtering devices to minimize <br />odors and fumes. Details of said devices shall be shown on the plans submitted for <br />issuance of building permits and shall be subject to review and approval by the Planning <br />Director and Director of Building Inspection prior to issuance of building permits for the <br />project. Filtering devices shall be replaced, serviced, or cleaned every two weeks. <br /> <br />Prior to issuance of a building permit, the City Engineer shall verify the accuracy of the <br />Stanley Boulevard widening shown on the grading and site plans. <br /> <br />Unless otherwise required by the City Engineer and the Planning Director, occupancy of <br />the McDonald's restaurant shall not occur until an ingress/egress driveway is installed on <br />the Stanley Boulevard frontage. If the widening of Stanley Boulevard has not yet taken <br />place, the project developer shall be responsible for installing a temporary driveway. <br /> <br />Unless otherwise required by the City Engineer and the Planning Director, occupancy of <br />the McDonald's restaurant shall not occur until the northbound through lane on Stanley <br />Boulevard is restriped to allow through and right mru traffic at Bernal Avenue. The <br />appropriate signal changes shall also be completed before occupancy of the building. <br /> <br />The project developer shall effectively screen from view all ducts, meters, air <br />conditioning equipment, and any other mechanical equipment, whether on the structure, <br />on the ground, or on the roof, with materials architecturally compatible with the main <br />structure. Screening details shall be shown on the plans submitted for issuance of <br />building permits, the adequacy of which shall be determined by the Planning Director. <br />All required screening shall be provided prior to occupancy. <br /> <br />SR01:207 <br />Page 12 <br /> <br /> <br />
