NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL DOES HEREBY RESOLVE <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. That the Governor, the Board of Regents of the <br />University of California and the President of the <br />University of California be urged to cease to allow <br />the so-called Viet Nam Day Committee to use the <br />University of California facilities for its illegal <br />activities, to cease to furnish said group University <br />equipment and to cease to allow said group to use <br />the University of California as staging area for its <br />marches and classes. <br /> <br />2. That the Attorney General of the United States be <br />urged to enforce the provisions of Title 18, Section <br />2387 of the United States Criminal Code. <br /> <br />3. That Alameda County and the cities within the <br />County be reimbursed by the State from funds ap- <br />prdpriated from the University of California for <br />expenses incurred as a result of the aforementioned <br />and future activities of students and faculty members <br />of the University of California <br /> <br />4.
