RESOLUTION NO ~ <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CHANGES IN THE WORK <br />FOR ^SSESSMENTS DISTRICT NO, 1964-3, CITY <br />OF PLEASANTON~ ALAMEDA COUNTY~ CALIFORNIA. <br /> <br />Alameda County, California, at <br />the 22nd day of ~ovember, 1965, <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmen <br />NOES: Councilmen <br />ABSENT: Councilmen <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, in the course of construction of work pro- <br />vided to be done in Assessment District No. 1964-3, certain <br />changes in the work, as set forth on Exhibit A attached hereto, <br />were found to be necessary; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said changes were recommended by the Engineer <br />of Work and approved by the City Engineer of the City of Pleasanton; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of <br />the City of Pleasanton, Alameda County, California, as follows: <br /> <br />That the changes in the work for Assessment District <br />1964-3, set forth on Exhibit A are hereby approved and ratified; <br /> <br />That said changes do not alter the distribution of <br />benefit from the work to property assessed for said improvements; <br /> <br /> That the increased cost of said changes, in the anount <br /> <br />of $2,376.12, is hereby authorized to be paid to the construction <br />contractor for Assessment District No. 1964-3. <br /> <br />I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was duly <br />and regularly adopted by the City Council of the City of Pleasanton, <br /> <br /> a regular meeting thereof, held on <br /> <br /> by the following vote, to wit: <br /> <br />HELEN WOODWARD, City Clerk, <br />City of Pleasanton, Alameda County, <br />California. <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br /> <br />
