Requirements for Qualification (1) Groups receiving this designation must conduct program(s) which ere of an indirect recreation purpose or'be of some other highly significant community value. (2) Hust make a detailed written or form application to the Director of Recreation and/or the Recreation and Park Commission 60 days in advance of such programs. B. Examples and Descriptions of ApprovedGroups Fraternal or service orga~ization using City recreation and park facilities or receiving service assistance to conduct special commun- ity recreation, education or welfare programs (Example-Kiwanis Rodeo). C. Departmental Responsibilities (1) Provide use of facility. (2) Use of certain equipment and materials. It is to be noted here that charges assessed these groups for use of City recreation and park facilities shall be higher if the intent of the program is to raise money for non-public benefit purposes.
