Resolution No. 01-090 <br />Page Two <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council held a noticed public hearing on August 7, 2001 and considered <br /> the completeness and adequacy of the Final SEIR. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: <br /> <br />Certifies that it has read and reviewed, and finds complete and adequate the Final <br />SEIR documents dated July 1998 (Draft SEIR), and May 2001 - revised 2001 <br />(Final SEIR) prepared for Oak Tree Farm - Phase 3 (including adoption of new <br />regulations regarding the geotechnical setback line). <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND REGULARLY <br />ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, AT A MEETING <br />HELD ON AUGUST 7, 2001 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br />ABSTAIN: <br /> <br />Councilmembers - Ayala, Campbell, Dennis, Michelotti, and Mayor Pico <br />None <br />None <br />None <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> <br />Michael H.
