The design of the earth berm located along the west side of 1-680 is not approved <br /> by this approval. <br /> <br />76. <br /> <br />The Bemal Avenue southerly curb between the Arroyo de la Laguna bridge and 1- <br />680 shall align with the ultimate street alignment at the 1-680 overerossing. Any <br />interim alignment necessary to match the existing configuration at 1-680 shall be <br />done with striping. <br /> <br />77. <br /> <br />The Bemal Avenue east bound lanes at the intersection with Avenue "A" shall be <br />as follows: <br /> <br />a. The most northerly lane on the proposed bridge shall be a left turn lane <br />into Meadowlark Drive. The other eastbound lane shall be a through lane. <br /> <br />b. Easterly of the bridge before the Meadowlark intersection an additional <br />through/right turn lane shall be added (south of the through lane). <br /> <br />c. The median island shall be widen on the west side of the intersection of <br />Meadowlark Drive, opposite the duel left turn lanes (west bound) into SWeet "A". <br /> <br />78. <br /> <br />All of the procedures and data regarding the radionuclide studies shall be <br />assembled in one comprehensive file and maintained by the City for public <br />review. The City's peer reviewer shall address whether all agreed upon protocols <br />were followed and that the conclusions of the study are justified. <br /> <br />{end} <br /> <br /> <br />
