50. The design of the sanitary sewer system shall be subject to the review and <br /> approval of the City Engineer. <br /> <br />51. All utilities required to serve any existing or proposed development on-site <br /> shall be installed underground, unless otherwise determined by the Engineering <br /> Department. <br /> <br />52. The applicant shall comply with the City's non-point storm drain ordinance. <br /> <br />53. The applicant shall submit a construction Best Management Practice GIMP) <br /> program for review and approval by the Building Director prior to issuance of <br /> any building and/or grading permits. These BMP's shall be implemented by <br /> the general contractor and all subcontractors and suppliers of materials and <br /> equipment. Construction site cleanup and control of cons~uction debris shall <br /> also be addressed in this program. Failure to comply with the approved <br /> construction BMP may result in the issuance of correction notices, citations, or <br /> a project stop work order. <br /> <br />54. The property owner shall grant an easement to the City over those parcels <br /> needed for public service easements (P.S.E.) and which are approved by the <br /> City Engineer or other easements which may be designated by the City <br /> Engineer. <br /> <br />55. The applicant is responsible for implementing the following measures during <br /> all construetiun phases oftbe subject project: <br /> <br />a.) Gather all construction debris on a regular basis and place them in a <br />dumpster or other container which is emptied or removed on a weekly basis. <br />When appropriate, use tarps on the ground to collect fallen debris or splatters <br />that could contribute to storm water pollution. <br /> <br />b.) Remove all dirt, gravel, rubbish, refuse, and green waste from the street <br />pavement, and storm drains adjoining the project site. During wet weather <br />avoid driving vehicles offpaved areas. <br /> <br />c.) Broom sweep the public street pavement adjoining the project site on a <br />daily basis. Caked-on mud or dirt shall be scraped fi.om these areas before <br />sweeping. <br /> <br />d.) Install filter materials (such as sandbags, filter fabric, etc.) at the storm <br />drain inlet nearest the downstream side of the project site in order to retain any <br />debris or dirt flowing into the City storm drain system.
