Resolution No. PC-2000-66 <br />Page 5 <br /> <br />5. All mechanical equipment shall be constructed in such a manner that noise <br /> emanating from it will not be perceptible beyond the property plane of the subject <br /> property in a normal environment for that zoning district. <br /> <br />All site improvements and house construction activities shall be limited to the <br />hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday. All construction <br />equipment must meet DMV noise standards and shall be equipped with muffling <br />devices. <br /> <br />Final inspection by the Planning Department is required prior to final approval of <br />the building permit. <br /> <br />This use permit and design review approval will lapse within one year from the <br />date of approval unless a building permit is issued and construction has <br />commenced and is diligently pursued toward completion or an extension has been <br />approved by the City. <br /> <br />All building and/or structural plans must comply with all codes and ordinances in <br />effect before the Building Department will issue permits. <br /> <br />10. <br /> <br />The development shall meet all requirements of the Pleasanton Fire Code <br />(Chapter 20.24 of the Pleasanton Municipal Code). <br /> <br />11. <br /> <br />The site shall be kept free of fire baTards from the start of construction to final <br />inspection. <br /> <br />{end} <br /> <br /> <br />
