Resolution No. PC-2000-56 <br />Page 3 <br /> <br /> EXHIBIT B <br />Conditions of Approval <br />Case No. PCUP-18 <br /> <br />The swimm'mg pool, spa, and related equipment shall be located and constructed <br />substantially as shown on the site plan and detailed pool and spa plan, Exhibit <br />"A" (dated "Received August 23, 2000"), on file with the Planning Department, <br />except as modified by the following conditions. Minor changes to the plans may <br />be allowed subject to the approval of the Zoning Administrator, if found to be in <br />substantial conformance with the approved plans. <br /> <br />All site improvement and construction activities shall be limited to the hours of <br />8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. No construction shall be allowed <br />on Federal holidays. All constxuetion equipment must meet DMV noise standards <br />and shall be equipped with muffling devices. <br /> <br />All appropriate City permits shall be obtained prior to the construction of the <br />swimming pool, spa, and related equipment. <br /> <br />{end} <br /> <br /> <br />
