Resolution No. PC-2000-56 <br />Page 2 <br /> <br /> side property lines, the project would not negatively impact properties in <br /> the immediate vicinity of the site or along Trenery Drive. <br /> <br />The proposed conditional use will comply with each of the <br />applicable standards of this chapter. <br /> <br />A building permit would be required for the pmposed pool, spa, and <br />related equipment.
