Resolution No. PC-2000-56 <br />Page 2 <br /> <br /> side property lines, the project would not negatively impact properties in <br /> the immediate vicinity of the site or along Trenery Drive. <br /> <br />The proposed conditional use will comply with each of the <br />applicable standards of this chapter. <br /> <br />A building permit would be required for the pmposed pool, spa, and <br />related equipment. The pool, spa, and equipment would be located in the <br />mar yard of the site and would be substantially set back from the side and <br />rear yard property lines. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission determined that the proposed pool, spa, and <br /> related equipment would be compatible with the neighboring residences. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />Set, on 1. <br /> <br />Approves Case PCUP-18, the application of Paul and Vicki Larson for a <br />conditional use permit to allow the conslxuction of a pool, spa, and related <br />equipment in a rear yard located at 3711 Trenety Drive, subject to the <br />conditions shown in Exhibit "B," attached hereto and made part of this <br />case by reference. <br /> <br />Section 2. <br /> <br />This resolution shall become effective 15 days after its passage and <br />adoption unless appealed prior to that time. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY <br />OF PLEASANTON ON THE 27TH DAY OF SEPTEMBER 2000 BY THE <br />FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br />ABSTAIN: <br /> <br />Commissioners Arkin, Kameny, and Roberts <br />None <br />Commissioners Maas and Sullivan <br />None <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br />Acting Chairperson <br /> <br />Larissa Seto -- ~ <br />Assistant City Attorney <br /> <br /> <br />
