Minor <br />ch/ragas to the plans may be allowed subject to the approval of the Planning Director if <br />fotmd to be in substantial conformance to the approved exhibits. <br /> <br />Th~.office portion of the overall PUD Development Plan shall be of no further validity and the <br />project developer shall be ~equired to submit the same or new development plan for City ap- <br />pro. al prior to dev~lopra~t of the si~c u~less a building pe~nit is issued and construction has <br />commenced and is diligently pursued toward completion on at least one phase of the project, or <br />an extension has been approved by the City within two (2) years of the PUD~Devetopment Plan <br />approval. Starting construction on a phase of the project shall add two (2) additional years to <br />that lapsin~ provision. <br /> <br />Prior to issuance of.building permit(s), the project develop~ shall pa.v the required com- <br />mercial development school impact fee as prescribed by state law and as adopted by the <br />Pleasanton Unified School District. <br /> <br />Revised ~ Deveiolmmnt Plan,: <br /> <br />The PUD Development Plan for the office portion of SP-95-02/PUD-00-02 shall be modified in <br />the following manner: <br /> <br />All driveway aisles $¢~ving~pcTpendic~dnr parking sp~ shall have a minimum width of <br />twz~lty-five feet (25' 0"). The cumulative~increase in dr/vewa¥ widths shall notresult in <br />a r~du~on of the width(s)of landscape areas now shown on the site plan. If ne~ssary, <br />the project developer shall move the southeasterly project boundary line to recover any <br />deleted paricin$ spaces.
