Resolution No. PC-2000-46 <br />Page 2 <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />~,ction 1. <br /> <br />Recommends approval of the draft August 8, 2000 Specific Plan for the Bernal <br />Property attached hereto and made part of this case by reference, modified to create <br />Alternative C-1 by moving the $,000-square-foot lots from the ~ Area to the <br />Central Area below the commercial development, with noise attenuated by berms. <br /> <br />Section 2.
