When the public uses in Phase li are being formulated for the currently unplanned public space, if a golf course is proposed, mitigation will be incorporated to minimize this impact. The PUD (Condition__) requires payment of connection fees. Through these fees, which apply to all new development in Zone 7's service area, Zone 7 will be able to plan for and implement measures to ensure provision of water to meet the projected growth in its service area.
