Measure N6. Lighting design, including specifications to avoid excessive light or <br />glare, shall be included in the Golf Course PUD and in the site-specific plan for the <br />Community Park. <br />~: Changes or alterations have been required in, or incorporated into, the <br />Project which avoid or substantially lessen the significant environmental: effect <br />identified in the Final ErR to a less than significant level. <br /> F~ in Suntmrt of Finding: The impact will be avoided or reduced based on the <br /> fol~g: <br /> a. PUD Condition . requires that a comprehensive communi.ty lighting plan <br /> be prepared for the Project, including the Village Common, and the netghborhood <br /> parks. Under this plan, project lighting, other than street lighting, shall be designed to <br /> avoid excessive light or glare during the night. <br /> b. Under the Greenbriar Project Phase I, no golf course, driving range, or <br /> community park is proposed. If such uses are considered during Phase II for the <br /> currently unplanned future public uses, sueh uses will be subject to further <br /> environmental review which would include site-specific design and detailed <br /> consideration of siting and screening of these uses to assure that impacts of night <br /> lighting at nearby residential areas will be within an acceptable range. <br /> <br />M. Biology <br />1. ~. Potential for adverse effects on the riparian habitat of the Arroyo de la <br />Laguna. <br /> <br />Measure Ola. Require that the specific plan provide setbacks of at least 100 feet from <br />the existing centerline of the Arroyo de la Laguna or at least 10 feet from the <br />outermost drip line of existing trees along the main channel of the Arroyo, whichever <br />is greater. <br />Measure Olb. Require consultation with California Department offish and Game in <br />any areas subject to their jurisdiction prior to any proposed encroachment into the <br />designated corridor, or consultation with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers prior to <br />any activity that would occur within the banks ofthe Arroyo channel. <br /> ~: Changes or alterations have been required in, or incorporated into, the <br /> Project which avoid or substantially lessen the significant environmental effect <br /> identified in the Final ErR to a less than significant level. <br /> <br />43 <br /> <br /> <br />
