The applicant shall pay the applicable Zone 7 and City connection fees, water meter <br />costs, and any applicable DSRSD sewer permit fees to which the second unit may be <br />subject before issuance of a building permit. The type and amount of all fees to which <br />the second unit may be subject to shall be those in effect at the time the building permit is <br />issued. <br /> <br />The owner/occupant of the primary residence must be signatory to any rental agreement <br />for whichever unit on the site is rented. Prior to occupancy of the proposed home a deed <br />restriction shall be recorded on the property to this effect. The language of this deed <br />restriction shall be submitted to the City Attorney for review and approval prior to the <br />issuance of building permits for any residence. <br /> <br />8. Fin~ inspection by the Planning Deparhnent is required prior to occupancy. <br /> <br />9.
