October 15, whichever occurs first. If permanent landscaping is not in place by October 15, no <br />grading shall occur unless approved erosion control measures are to the satisfaction oftbe <br />Building Department. Such measures shall be maintained by the owner until such time as <br />permanent landscaping is established. <br /> <br />28. No construction materials shall be stored within public rights-of-way. <br /> <br />29. <br /> <br />If the rim elevation of the upstream public sanitary sewer is at an elevation higher than the <br />lowest portion of the building pad, a back-flow prevention device (check valve) shall be installed <br />on the lateral between the house and public sanitary sewer line. <br /> <br />30. <br /> <br />Portable toilets used during construction shall be kept as far as possible from existing residences <br />and shall be emptied on a regular basis as necessary to prevent odor. <br /> <br />31. <br /> <br />The applicant shall submit a pad elevation certification prepared by a licensed land surveyor or <br />registered civil engineer, to the Chief Building Official and Planning Director, certifying that the <br />pad and building locations are per approved plans, prior to receiving a foundation inspection for <br />the structure. <br /> <br />32. <br /> <br />Dust and mud shall be contained within the boundaries of the property during times of <br />construction. <br /> <br />FI~ AND POLICE:. <br /> <br />33. <br /> <br />The home shall be constructed with Class A fire retardant roofing material to the satisfaction of <br />the Fire Marshall. The applicant is responsible for the relocation of the emergency vehicle <br />access gate to the satisfaction of the Fire Marshall. The gate shall be installed to the satisfaction <br />of the Fire Marshall prior to occupancy. <br /> <br />34. <br /> <br />The home shall be equipped with an automatic residential fire suppression system if required by <br />the Fire Marshall. <br /> <br />35. <br /> <br />At no time shall campers, trailers, motor homes, or any other vehicle be used as living or <br />sleeping quarters on the construction site. All such vehicles shall be removed from the site at the <br />end of each work day. <br /> <br />36. The site shall be kept free of fire baTards from the start of construction to final inspection. <br /> <br />37. <br /> <br />The applicants shall post address numerals on the building so as to be plainly visible from the <br />adjoining streets during both daylight and night time hours. <br /> <br />38. <br /> <br />The house shall the meet the fire and security requirements in Chapters 20.24 and 20.36 of Title <br />20, Buildings and Construction, of the Pleasanton Municipal Code. <br /> <br />Case No. PDR-12/PCUP-2 February 23, 2000 <br />Planning Commission Page - 5 - <br /> <br /> <br />
