Resolution No. PC-2000-07 <br />Page 2 <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />Section 1. <br /> <br />Approves Case PAP-03, the appeal of Case Z-98-310 and Case Z-98-311, the <br />applications of Jack Chesmut for administrative design review to remodel and <br />construct an approximately 2,266-square-foot, one- and two-story addition to the <br />existing 1,320-square-foot dwelling, and for a modification to the design review <br />approval for a second unit to increase the overall height of the second unit from <br />14 feet to 15 feet located at 4128 Stanley Boulevard. <br /> <br />Section2. <br /> <br />This resolution shall become effective 15 days after its passage and adoption <br />unless appealed prior to that time. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON ON THE 26TH DAY OF JANUARY 2000 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br />ABSTAIN: <br /> <br />Commissioners Arkin and Sullivan, and Chairperson Roberts <br /> <br />Commissioners KamenyandMaas <br />None <br />None <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br />Chairperson <br /> <br />Larissa Sero <br />Assistant City Attorney <br /> <br /> <br />
