NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />Section 1. Recommends approval of the Negative Declaration prepared for Case PUD-98-07, the <br /> application of Kaiser Aluminum and Chemical Corporation for Planned Unit <br /> Development (PUD) approval for a master plan and design guidelines that would <br /> allow for the development of up to 1.1 million square feet of office/research and <br /> development buildings to be located on an approximately 80-acre parcel located at <br /> 6177 Sunol Boulevard. <br /> <br />Section 2.
